Primary care, therapy, psychiatry, case management and peer support, coordinated in one place and built around a 26-week Life Skills program. So the work you do in treatment carries into the rest of your life.

Why Emerge exists
Treatment ends on a date. Recovery doesn't.
Care gets scattered
A therapist here, a prescriber there, a primary care doctor who doesn't know either of them. Nobody sees the whole picture.
Real life comes back fast
Bills, a job search, housing, old friends. These pressures arrive the week you leave treatment, and most programs never prepared you for them.
Support drops off all at once
IOP ends, case management ends, and the structure you relied on disappears in the same month.
Emerge keeps your clinical care and your everyday life moving together, with one team that knows you.
The continuum of care
Medical, mental and everyday care, under one plan.
Every member gets an evaluation, a dedicated case manager and a care team chosen for what they need. Your providers share one plan, so you never have to repeat your story.

Questions
Before you start
Do you take insurance?
Clinical care is billed to insurance where your plan covers it, and self-pay is available. We verify your benefits during your evaluation, before any care begins, so you know what to expect.
Can I join Life Skills without the clinical program?
Yes. Life Skills is open to anyone for $97 a month with no insurance needed. If you later want clinical care, your progress carries over.
Where do you provide care?
We currently serve people living in Florida. All visits happen by secure video, so you can join from home, work or a sober living residence.
Is Emerge a replacement for detox or residential treatment?
No. Emerge is outpatient care by telehealth. If you need a higher level of care, your evaluation will tell us, and we'll help connect you to it.
Who will I talk to first?
A member of our intake team, then your case manager. Your case manager stays with you throughout and coordinates every other provider.
Can my treatment center or sober living house refer me?
Yes. We work with treatment centers, IOPs and sober living operators on referrals and group enrollment. Providers can reach out using the form below.
